The customer service attitude was so poor that it left us speechless. We tried to communicate properly but were accused of arguing. They spoke fluent Mandarin yet claimed not to be Chinese, saying things like 'you Chinese people this and that.' I was really fed up with this kind of attitude.

I do not recommend this Chinese company.

Extremely satisfied! I used to rent cars within Los Angeles city, but this was my first time renting through this platform and it was very convenient with airport pick-up and drop-off services. My return appointment was at 6:30, but I got delayed by traffic and arrived at 7:30. The customer service was still waiting for me! I felt really apologetic! After being picked up at the airport, you can directly pick up the car without waiting in line.

First, I'd like to commend the staff who helped us pick up the car. He was very helpful and picked us up about 5 minutes after we got out of the airport. It was our first time driving in the US, and he answered all our questions. Later, he responded to our inquiries promptly. The car was in good condition with about 30,000 kilometers on it, and we drove around 2,000 kilometers without any issues.

Terrible post-rental service; they blamed the damage on me long after the rental was over. Very dishonest.
