The service was good, but there was no indication that the compensation for the business insurance has an upper limit. Even though they have a partnership with QEEQ, they do not take responsibility for QEEQ’s terms, leaving everything to the customer to handle. This aspect was somewhat dissatisfying, but everything else was fine.

It was snowing heavily the day we arrived. The staff did not assist us in checking the car, just handed it over. This oversight caused us trouble later.

Like: Everything was smooth and good. I like the efficient and friendly service.
Dislike: The GPS instructions are in Japanese; good if there is a version in English.
