Everything is good, they insisted to check the petrol receipt at the return station.

The cars are not at airport and we had to take shuttle bus for 15 mins. Waiting time for shuttle meant that total 30 mins was spent getting to counter and keys

Easy pick up and check in process. The shuttle is super easy to use at New Chitose Airport to the car rental location!

Average experience. I had purchased insurance through the rental platform but they claimed they could not find it at the pickup location. After showing them my insurance document, they seemed a bit unhappy.

The store is excellent, both pickup and return are efficient, and the staff's service attitude is great. It made our self-driving trip very enjoyable.

Apart from one staff member in a red uniform whose lack of smile and stiff conversation made me somewhat dissatisfied, the other employees were very friendly and had a good sense of service. Moreover, the car I received was different from the one I booked, and the store didn’t explain this when I picked up the car. It wasn’t until I returned the car and inquired that the staff said it was because the original model didn't have snow tires, so they replaced it with one that did. I bought insurance at the store, but when I called to discuss return details, the staff initially claimed we hadn’t purchased any insurance. It wasn't until I insisted she check carefully that she realized we had full coverage. This is my experience feedback.

Super fast and quick

The folks can converse in japanese as well as chinese or english.

They send reminder both pre & post rental, very efficient.

Renting the car was easy, but returning it was difficult.

Friendly and good service with instructions.

Check engine oil warning light came on after two days. The gas station attendant helped me call the rental company to confirm the type and added oil. Feels like the inspection wasn't thorough enough.

The overall service was excellent, and the efficiency was high as well.

Staff were very helpful. They speak English and mandarin also
