Bad attitude, indifferent and overbearing

The waiting time was too long, and the service attitude was very mediocre.

They kept pushing insurance, vehicle upgrades, and various add-ons. The staff had a bad attitude and didn't understand any Chinese.

Never rent a car from this company.

I prepaid the full amount but there were no cars available at the store. Everyone was just waiting around and the staff was nowhere to be found. They didn't inform us or the people who had been waiting for over two hours before us that there were no cars. Only after more people showed up to queue did the staff finally say there were no cars. Very disappointed with the car rental company's attitude.
