Road Trip Around the Island

The car body had various repairs from the start, and it took a lot of time to take photos when picking up the car just in case. Unfortunately, when returning the car, new scratches were found, likely caused the day before returning. The damage inspector quickly identified it, as if they knew beforehand.

Very satisfied, the staff was a very lovely Thai sister, and her way of speaking was quite funny~

The car pickup process was very pleasant. The staff explained all the important details and any scratches clearly. However, although I contacted them via WeChat half an hour before returning the car, there was no one at the return point when I arrived. I had to wait twenty minutes, which almost caused me to miss my flight.

Poor service, the car provided was smaller than the one booked, and no upgrade was offered.
