I strongly advise against renting from this company. One word, greedy! They charged me an extra $150 without any prior notification, claiming it was for toll fees. One word, greedy!
The attitude was bad. The insurance I bought showed up differently or not at all on her computer, and I was demanded to buy more or bear the consequences. I had to sign the same form three times.

Like: Car was clean and tidy Dislike: When collecting car no one showed me the controls of the car just got handed the keys and told to go to a number where car was parked
Like: Got to airport and went to counter.had to wait for people who hadn't pre booked to be served.got served quickly and efficiently with no problems , then off to collect the car.car was not the model I was expecting but was nearly new and better than the model I'd ordered.have travelled a lot to different places in Florida and quite happily say this was a great deal /price for the car I ordered and I would certainly use this company again in future holidays..i was very impressed with the company and service. Dislike: Having to wait over half an hour when I had pre booked my car 2 months earlier.(had just got off an 8 hour flight with 3 kids in tow!!
