They said there were no cars available and redirected me to another rental company.

The car pickup experience was very poor. We were assisted by a Chinese staff member who made us wait at the airport for a long time. When handling the paperwork, they tried to upsell storm insurance and gravel insurance, which I declined. They did not accompany us to inspect the car comprehensively; they just handed us the keys and let us go. The car return experience was better and quite efficient.

Great service, the owner is very friendly.

They patiently explained all the questions we had and gave many good suggestions.
