サンフランシスコには何度も行っているので、特に観光はしませんでした（金門橋にも行きませんでした(笑)）。今回は2日間滞在し、古い友人と会っただけです。

The staff service was excellent. They suggested we pay $8 to upgrade to a larger Jeep, which could accommodate our bigger suitcase.

There were many people, and we had to queue up.

Very dissatisfied. I've used other car rental companies in the US, and their service was good and fast. We arrived at Budget around 9 AM, and there were many people in line, but only three or four service desks were open.

At Budget in San Francisco, you need to take a shuttle train. The pickup process was quick, and the staff were friendly. You only need a driver’s license. The Ford EDGE I reserved was unavailable, so they offered me a choice between a JEEP Grand Cherokee and a Hyundai Santa Fe. I chose the Grand Cherokee without hesitation as it’s a high-end car in my home country.
