The deposit is too high, three times that of other chain companies for the same model. As a car rental company at a tourist city airport, they surprisingly don't support self-service returns. My flight was at 7 AM, so I had to return the car the night before. Overall, I will definitely not use this company again.
I booked an automatic, but they initially gave me a manual. Might have been a mistake, but running back and forth in the parking lot late at night was not a good experience.
