カスタマーサービスの態度が良かったです。受付で間違って追加の保険を付けられたことを伝えると、キャンセルして返金してくれました。Budgetや他のレンタカー会社と同様に、デンバー国際空港の店舗は空港ターミナルの外にあり、シャトルバスで約10分かかります。待ち時間は短く、専用の店舗には5〜6つの窓口があります。
