私たちはシシリー・バイ・カーで車を借りましたが、全体的なサービスは非常に悪かったです。空港のカウンターには1人しかおらず、待ち時間が非常に長かったです。その後、車に機械的な故障が発生し、レンタカー会社に電話をかけてもつながりませんでした。翌日になってようやくレンタカー会社から電話がありましたが、態度は悪く、他の代替案を提供することなく、車を取りに戻るように言われました。さらに、車の故障のため、クレジットカードから本人の同意なしに複数の事前承認が引き落とされ、クレジットカードの限度額がいっぱいになりました。

A terrible experience. At pickup, I was told my credit card limit was not sufficient, but they could reduce the amount if I purchased their €250 insurance. However, my credit limit was enough. The limit can be checked on the app and I confirmed with the bank on-site. Subsequent travel expenses also showed the limit was enough. It's all a scam!

Cars are larger than expected (booked a small SUV and got a Seat Ateca, which is a medium sized SUV). Pick up and drop off went smoothly. Price very good. Car condition as new.
