Overall very good, and the car was in great condition.

It was good but the staff was not friendly.

The deal mentioned A6 or equivalent ans we have got infinity Q50 which is a much smaller car. We could not even put two suitcases in the trunk. Had to carry one if of them in the backseat. My only worry is that on the easyrent website there were much cheaper deals with europecar that showed infinity Q50 or equivalent. So the result is that i dont trust the website anymore as I used to.

Like: Vehicle was 2017 model @12k milage, neat and clean Payments and billing was handled correctly and without delays on authorized amount on the credit card
Dislike: Expected 2018 model as communicated by counter while picking up but the car was good

Like: Overall is very good...only one thing..i ve requested for a navigation system..but not provided
