1. The pickup location had no air conditioning, it was very hot! 2. The staff tried to sell insurance to me four times, constantly mentioning US laws. 3. They tried to sell me prepaid fuel. 4. The reserved car was unavailable, and they gave me an older model Toyota Camry with over 75,000 miles and visible damage. I had to take photos to avoid potential disputes later. If I didn't take that car, I would have to wait, but they didn't say how long.
The service attitude was terrible. Cheap rental companies are not reliable. I waited for half an hour, and when I went to pick up the car, there was no car at the specified location. I had to find a staff member, and they gave me a different car. When I returned the car, they said the contract didn't match. It was a frustrating experience. I will never use them again.
The pricess at the time of pickup was very disorganized. It took a long wait and post that they booked the same car for 3 customers.
We were sent back to the exchange section and had to start the process from the scratch.
