Not satisfied. I booked a Jeep, but upon arrival, there were only a few cars to choose from, and the only SUV available was a Buick. After checking, it costs 125,900, which is not in line with my rental price.

They tried to upsell many items and automatically added full insurance, which took a lot of effort to remove. Later, without much explanation, they told us that the car rental did not include fuel costs and charged us for an extra tank of fuel, which we didn’t need.
