Melbourne - Great Ocean Road - Twelve Apostles - Melbourne City

Our flight was delayed, and we arrived at the car rental place very late. They arranged a car to pick us up. We got a diesel Holden, which was excellent.

We spent 8 days in Melbourne. The car was pretty good. There were basically no issues. The staff were also nice. Even on Christmas Eve, they were still serving us. It felt great. We can continue to use their services.

Car condition was great. Had to extend the vehicle hire due to airline change of times. Very appreciative for their accommodating my request. Will use for future vehicle rental

The vehicle exceeded expectations as we were upgraded to a larger size car at no extra expense. Staff were courteous and helpful though having to pay an extra charge for a late pickup due to flight cancellations was harsh especially as Aurcar was staying open due to the Xmas demand. The vehicle did have minor damage to a fender that required taping to reduce damage. This was not noted at pick up and no compensation was offered to me for out of pocket expenses for the special vehicle tape. Overall though a positive experience all round.

The booking process was relatively easy to use. Quick and efficient and offered a number of rental deals. Being Xmas the price protector was irrelevant as rentals are always going to be higher. This is the second time I’ve used EasyRentCars and both occasions have been positive.

Beside not having the booth outside the airport, this had been cumbersome.
