The airport directions were very clear. After confirming the order, the car pickup location and contact information were clearly explained. The whole process of picking up the car was quick. A good rental experience overall. Due to communication issues, I couldn't return the car directly to the airport, but there was a free shuttle bus from the return point to the airport, which was very convenient.
No one was there to pick us up at the airport, and we couldn't get through on the phone. Eventually, we found a small alley and luckily met a Chinese person who helped us contact the rental company. The car we got was not the model we had booked. I will never book with small Chinese-run rental companies abroad again.
The car was very new, and both pickup and return were very easy and fast, but the procedures were not very formal. The inspection and return processes were handled quite casually, which is usually fine, but it could be a problem if any issues arise.
Car was good. Needs directions to their office as it’s in a building on the 7th floor but nothing mentioned on the notes. Location to airport was a short regular shuttle.
