毎年アメリカに戻るたびにレンタカーを利用していますが、今回利用したBudget社が最悪でした。ロサンゼルスの空港で車を待つのに1時間以上かかりました。他のレンタカー会社のシャトルバスは何度も来たのに、Budgetのバスは一度も見かけませんでした。さらに車の状態も悪く、4日目に車のドアが開かなくなり、1日の旅行計画が台無しになりました。ロードサービスが来るまでに何時間も待たされ、結局新しい車に交換するまで1日を費やしました。Budget社には誠意がなく、対応も悪かったです。旅行中に時間を無駄にしたくない人は、この会社を避けるべきです！

Forced vehicle upgrade, pushed additional insurance, added personal accident and roadside assistance insurance, increasing the total insurance fee by $314.4, did not provide rental contract, took over a month to send it, and used someone else's contract to brush me off.
