The service was pretty good. Just needed to use the queue machine. The staff didn't push additional insurance too much.

We rented a Q3 and were told there was no Q5 available. We impulsively agreed, and the staff didn't mention how much extra it would cost, just handed us the invoice. Later we found out renting the car for the week cost 5000 RMB… Adding an extra driver required an additional fee, and they charged us just because we provided two licenses, assuming we were two drivers. Isn't that unreasonable? Returning the car an hour late incurs a significant fee. Is there a clear standard for these fees, or do they just charge an exorbitant amount for any delay? We won't use Europecar again. After returning and disputing it with the rental company, the results were minimal since we had already paid. It was tough to get anything back.

The staff were very nice, the respected the voucher i had, the proccess were very smooth and the location easy to find.

Excellent way to book a car through, actually i find it the best, the prices including the whole package is one of the best on the net, vey clear and straight informations and terms, and very easy to filter and find smoothly whatever you are looking for, no need to spend time on the counter of the car supplier.

Nous avons attendu presque 2 heures pour récupérer notre véhicule, avec 2 enfants et étant prétendument en file "prioritaire". Aucune vérification du véhicule effectuée par EuropCar lors de sa récupération. On nous a proposé une upgrade vers un véhicule "offre spéciale super interessante": plus de 2 fois plus cher pour avoir un véhicule de catégorie supérieure: scandaleux !

Arrived earlier then booked pick up time , told me they didn’t have a car in My group (BS) ! Tried to up sell me Mercedes A class for extra 490 euro ! I went back at booked time to be given A damaged car, with filthy glass !! Never will I rent from euro car .
