Mr. Santiago-Lopez at the Atocha train station counter gave us a detailed explanation of the car rental details and terms, and recommended a more comfortable model, which is commendable. A tip for fellow renters: there are fewer car options at the train station compared to the airport, so the selection is limited. However, you can rest assured that you will get a car.
