They were unreasonably rude, refusing service to several foreign customers for various excuses, such as not accepting certain payment cards for the insurance. After waiting for an hour, the service staff, visibly annoyed, told us that because we were three hours late and had not paid a deposit, the car had been rented to someone else. This is ridiculous since the store allows online payments! We were absolutely furious.
