Didn't get the model promised on the website. The cigarette lighter power outlet didn't work. After driving 100 kilometers, the car indicated it needed AdBlue. I bought £12 worth of urea and added it using a homemade tube (only to find out later that the urea bottle had its own tube). I didn't keep the receipt but took a photo and didn't want to negotiate with the rental company, so I discussed it with the booking platform instead.
The delay was half a day. I asked the store how much extra I would need to pay for a half-day delay, and they told me it would be the price of an additional day. When I got to the store, the price for that extra day was nearly 60 pounds. If they had told me this high price earlier, I wouldn't have chosen to be late. It's a rip-off.

We were a little over an hour past the pickup time and they had returned the car to inventory. It took 90 minutes for a new car to arrive and it then had 1/2 tank of diesel but since we did not see the car before getting in I signed it was full as that was what the driver said. We did get £30 refund for the half tank of car upon return.
