Extremely disappointing rental experience. I was promised a four-door, five-seater car, but they gave me a two-door car at pickup! The back seat was practically for dogs! Requested a change, but they said no other cars were available. Never renting from this place again.
Arrived at the rental store at 3 AM, very easy to find, located between gates 7 and 8. Customer service is available 24 hours, and the car pickup was smooth.
