It seems that there's a communication issue between the pick-up location and the rental platform. The location had no cars available, but I could still place an order online. After placing the order, I couldn't actually get a car, and the refund process took a long time. My order has been unresolved for over 10 days now, which is very frustrating.
Returning car was difficult to find on Union station.
A note on paper work to say entrance to rentals is underground behind Bay st would be helpful
