We made numerous calls to the number on the business card requesting a car replacement, but we were continually told to return to Barcelona airport to exchange the car. We had to drive with a damaged car for 90 minutes to Vigo airport in Spain to try and get a replacement. 3. When returning the car to the Barcelona branch, the counter staff shrugged and said the system was down, unable to confirm any issues or provide any documents, leaving us with no choice but to leave due to our flight check-in time. 4. After returning home, I found an additional 150 euros charged on my credit card statement beyond the rental agreement.
