Overall very satisfied. Just cross the road after exiting the airport to reach the car rental company. No waiting in line, just provide the reservation information, get a brief explanation, and take the keys.

The first car we got was a Toyota that smelled like rotten fish, so we switched to a Dodge. When returning the car, the staff said there was a small chip on the windshield and blamed us for it. Honestly, the chip was very tiny, and we only drove in the city for three days, so it shouldn't have happened. We suspect it was there when we picked up the car, but the garage was quite dark, and we missed it. Interestingly, another Chinese customer before us was also blamed for the same reason!
