The counter is right next to the baggage carousel at Cairns Airport. Very convenient. Booked a RAV4 but got a brand new Kia, and it was a diesel version with great power. The interior was very clean.
There are two stores. When looking for them, be careful not to return the car to the wrong place. There are also many parking lots. Customer service can't guide correctly, and if something goes wrong, the responsibility is on us who rent the car. So everyone needs to be cautious and it's best to confirm with the car rental staff. They are very irresponsible, and there are no notices. The return staff don't stay on their job.

We were early (flight change) and returned it late. The additional day's fee was very reasonable. They swapped cars to cater for us. Car was awesome with no problems experienced.

Since we were forced to change our arrival and departure flight time (Jetstar), we needed to add a day to our booking but Easyrent couldn't manage this and told us to cancel our booking and re-book. This seems an extreme solution. In the end, we solved it with Thrifty with no issues. Apart from this, very happy with both Thrifty and Easyrent.
Definitely one of the older cars I've hired. Couldn't connect to Bluetooth etc.
