The rental branch's operating hours were incorrect; it closed at 3 AM. Although they said they'd open at 5 AM, no one showed up until 5:30 AM.

“Nice car but in a poor condition with terrible customer service.”

The car was very dirty. After a few days, the remote didn't work anymore and throughout the rental I had warning messages on the dashboard (the car was long due for maintenance before the rental started). The customer service was terrible.

Booking was with QEEQ was perfect, as in the past (this was not my first rental with QEEQ)
