After I noticed, the staff member who processed it had already left, and other staff refused to change it, asking us to wait for half an hour until that person was back. 2. I booked a Corolla, but there was no car available when I picked up, so they randomly gave me a Hyundai hatchback, which was too small to fit all our luggage. I objected on the spot, and the staff said if I didn't want it, I’d have to wait over 45 minutes. In the end, I had to downgrade to a Nissan Sunny. It's always been an upgrade with other rentals, but this was the first time I got downgraded and threatened to wait if I didn't accept. 3. The car was also very old; the Sunny had already done 25000 miles, the highest mileage I've encountered in a rental.
