When picking up the car, I found that the car I reserved was not available. Initially, they wanted to give me a lower-tier vehicle without offering a refund, but eventually, we agreed on a Volkswagen minivan. The staff's English was very poor, making communication difficult. I've used AVIS frequently in the past, but I strongly advise against renting from this company in Kaysersberg.
