1. The location was easy to find, instructions were very clear when booking the car. 2. The process of renting and returning the car was very simple, especially returning the car. Initially, I thought it would take some time, but an African American guy just walked around the car, checked the dashboard (probably to see if the fuel was full), and then said OK, and it was done.
AVIS provided an old Jeep instead of a Ford Escape as I booked. Similar, but the price should be different. The condition of the car is acceptable, but lower than our expectation.
The counter stuff looks like not happy to serve.
