The car rental company is pretty good with no major issues.

Overall okay, this is one of the larger rental companies and is quite easy to find if not for the return instructions from QEEQ. The issue is they never answer the phone, and you have to figure everything out on your own.

The entire pickup process was appalling. The ticketing system in place doesn't work (people push, miss their numbers and return later) and we had to wait for well over 2 hours past our pick up time. One of the staff members was also quite rude (although the lady who eventually served us was fine). Each customer took so long to deal with - they really need to modify the collection process.

Extremely slow service, it took two hours after arriving to finally get the car. No easily visible signs anywhere at MXP, which made both pickup and drop off even more frustrating.
