The service attitude was excellent, the vehicle was in great condition, and the process of picking up and returning the car was very convenient. The staff didn’t try to upsell or impose any hidden charges.
A local rental company, everything went smoothly for both pickup and drop-off. When picking up the car, I noticed a scratch that was not recorded, so I immediately informed the staff. They assured me that it was fine since they had taken photos. If I was asked to pay for it when returning, I could just show them the photos. During the return, they didn't check the scratches, only inspected the area under the trunk. Overall, it was very smooth.
They said it's in the airport, but it's actually outside the airport. There are no signs, so it was very hard to find, located in an inconspicuous corner. The staff's attitude was indifferent. When returning the car, they made me wait and I almost missed my flight. The car was in average condition, the engine protection shield came off while driving due to loose screws, and the car had many scratches. Luckily, I took videos and pictures; otherwise, there would've been disputes when returning the car. They didn't care when I picked up the car but checked it meticulously when I returned it. The overall experience was not very good.
