Overall, it was great. However, on the first day, we rented a child seat, and the staff member was inexperienced. She told us that the fee would be daily without a cap, which made us worry about the cost over 50 days! We quickly bought one and they delivered it the next day, then told us there was actually a cap. This back and forth cost us time and fuel, and we ended up with an extra child seat...

Renting a car was very convenient and quick. Just sign the contract and watch a traffic regulation video, and you can pick up the car. Originally rented an A4, but got upgraded to a Q5. The car was very new. Returning the car was also easy, just wait for any charges or fines notifications.

Car was very dirty. Milleage are very high around 160K It quite stressful to drive, No comfort at all. The steering you need to hold tight all the time otherwise it will bring you to hell.

Very helpful staff. Off site location with free shuttle. Make sure to call the shuttle. Cheap rates because off site rentals companies are not charged the Airport tax. Possibly limited range of vehicles. We booked the smallest car possible and ended up being upgraded to a Dodge SUV free of charge. No up-selling at the counter. Just great service. Very happy with AUCAR
