The car had an engine warning mid-trip, and it took half a day to find a store that could provide a replacement. Many stores couldn't offer replacement services or home services.
Aside from the lengthy pickup time and the expensive e-toll device fee, the car was good and returning it was convenient.
The e-toll device fee of $3.95 per day, calculated by calendar days, is expensive! The pickup time was quite long, but everything else was fine, and the car was fairly easy to drive.
The reserved car was not available, and I waited for two hours without anyone proactively addressing the issue. After a complaint, they gave me a different car but charged extra!
