Very poor service, really cannot use this company. Despite tolerating various bizarre issues, the final bill is inexplicable. They randomly adjusted the pick-up and drop-off times to charge an extra day, and included many unknown additional fees, overcharging nearly 240 Euros.

Extremely poor, the worst car rental experience. Promised a Land Rover but gave a Highlander instead, and at that time both QEEQ and Europcar clearly acknowledged it was a downgrade. What about the promised refund? After using the car, they denied responsibility.

The car was very new and very clean.

Really nice car. Lots of space for 5 people and luggage. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Easy booking. No problems.

I opted to change the drop off location in Melbourne and after a quick phone call was able to a closer depot and return the car.
