もともと車種のために、高価でサービスも非常に普通なBudgetを選びましたが、店舗で車を受け取る際に、希望した車種がないと言われ、適当に乗り心地があまり良くないKonaを渡されました。返却後さらに呆れたのは、ローマで違反チケットを受けたのですが、その内容や罰金額について教えてもらえず、レンタカー会社も何の説明もしてくれませんでした。また、現地の罰金を直接処理せず、交通局が違反通知書を私の運転免許証の住所に郵送し、その後自分で現地の交通局のウェブサイトで罰金を払わなければならないと言われました。***ここが重要***罰金を支払うことについて、レンタカー会社は何も情報を提供せず、何の手配もしてくれないのに、罰金期間中に違反があったとして、管理料名目でクレジットカードから2日分のレンタル料金を引き落とされました。まったく非常識で、まるで強盗のように感じました。これは私の長年のレンタカー経験の中で、最も不快で嫌な経験でした。このことが原因で、イタリアに対しても敵意を持つようになりました。

“Rude counter staff at Budget”

The counter staff was terrible and very rude just bcoz I didnt by the full insurance as I have my own platinum coverage. She was loud and impolite when she started telling me and actually wrote this on my contract “ No help or assistance or any coverage LET YOUR CREDiT CARD HELP YOU when ur in trouble or had ab accidents and dont call us!!! And finally she said to me sorry sir we dont have the Mercedes available which I booked and she had the key on the desk and gave ne another car!!
