とても満足しました。スタッフはとても親切で、車の受け取り時の注意事項を丁寧に説明してくれました。全保険を少し勧められましたが、QEEQで全保険を購入していたので、礼儀正しく断りました。手続きは簡単で、事前に車のどこに損傷があるかを明確に教えてくれました！車の返却も簡単で、同じスタッフが車の四周を確認し、損傷がないことを確認して、一週間以内に1400ユーロの仮押さえを解除すると言ってくれましたが、実際には2時間後に解除されました！とても効率的です！

After taking a number at the car rental agency and waiting in line, they tried to upsell insurance but stopped when I told them I had already purchased it. This Kia is a hybrid and drives very well. The fuel consumption is around 5 liters per 100 kilometers. A good rental company.
