The drop-off location wasn't specified clearly. The return in Las Vegas was on the fifth floor of a hotel parking lot. The instructions only provided an address, which was a hotel. Without reading other people's reviews, it's impossible to find! Unless you inquire in advance, but who would think the pick-up spot is a yard, and the drop-off would be in such a strange place?! I needed to return the car by 5 PM, arrived at the designated spot by 4:30 PM, but didn't finish until 5:30 PM! If there's a late return fee, I'll need to deal with you guys again!

Both picking up and dropping off the car were very convenient.

Procedures are convenient, car pickup and return are easy. The service was great; we rented the car for 19 days and traveled over 6,000 miles, changing cars three times without any issues.

They definitely push insurance. Otherwise, it's okay.
