The staff was quite friendly and didn't push too many promotions. Both the rental and return processes were simple, the car was in good condition, and the price was really cheap. Overall, very satisfied with this rental!

We were mistakenly charged for extra insurance, even though we purchased this through QEEQ. I pointed this out, and we were told we would be refunded, but this has not occurred.
