Overall, I was quite satisfied with the service. Although the car provided was not the one I had reserved, it suited our travel needs perfectly. The interior space was quite large, comfortably accommodating four people, and we had a lot of luggage. The third row seats were ideal for small bags and backpacks. The staff were very warm during the pickup process and did not try to upsell any additional products.

The car was relatively new with only 37,000 kilometers on it, a two-door Corolla. It was easy to drive the whole way, and the lane assist and backup camera were great.

Got a RAV4 with only 4993 kilometers on it, practically a new car.

Very dissatisfied, the overseas office engages in upselling, unclear invoices, and unreasonable charges.

Rental and return were very convenient, there was no hard sell for insurance, and the car was in good condition.
