Very satisfied. Although there were questions about insurance during pickup, once informed that I already purchased it through the rental platform, the counter quickly handed me the car without any further hassle.
Very satisfied. The car had only driven 76 kilometers. It's a brand new car with the user manual still sealed. The only downside is that the steering wheel tends to loosen momentarily when turning, causing oversteering. After getting used to it, you need to correct the steering in advance. Upon checking, I didn't find any excessive looseness in the steering. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I got used to correcting the steering in advance. To avoid trouble, I didn't switch to another car on my second rental.
The car had scratches, which weren’t my responsibility. They kept blaming me for not buying their insurance and wouldn’t help me resolve the issue. I had to look up the insurance provided by the rental company.
