Ezi Car Rental is the worst car rental company I have encountered in my over ten years of renting cars, especially regarding the pick-up service. First, they made things difficult because my international driver's license translation didn't have a New Zealand Transport Agency stamp, and I had to pay for their translation service on the spot. Then, they gave me a downgraded car, and since it was late, I had to pay for an upgrade to get the car I wanted.

For safety reasons, I scheduled a driving instructor to pick up the car with me, but the rental company refused to provide me with a vehicle!!!
