You can walk to the counter of Ezi - Auckland Domestic car rental.

You’ll find a convenient car rental experience when you hire a car at our Auckland Domestic Airport branch. On arriving at the airport, follow the signs to rental cars. Our branch is located opposite the pick up and drop off zone. From regional arrivals, come out the doors and turn left, walking down towards the foot bridge, you will see our branch opposite. If you want more information about our drop off process, please read drop off information. If you are requiring a vehicle collection outside of the operating hours, please ensure you discuss this with our helpful team when booking your vehicle so we can accomodate you.

Drop-off Instructions

Our Auckland Airport kiosk is conveniently located opposite the Airport Terminal Building. Returning a vehicle to our branch The entrance to the rental car park is off Fred Ladd Way and is on the ground level. Park in one of the Ezi allocated car parks and bring the keys into the Ezi office (entrance is inside the car park). Return your vehicle in the rental car section of the airport car park under our signage and come meet us at our kiosk. Returning a car after hours? Please use the after hours Key Drop situated next to the office door.

Ezi rental car company gave me the worst service I've experienced in my over ten years of renting cars. Especially during pickup, I encountered difficulties: First, they challenged my international driver's license translation because it lacked a New Zealand Transport Agency stamp and asked me to pay onsite for a translation service. Then they gave me a downgraded car. Since it was late, I had to pay onsite to upgrade to the car I originally booked.

Ezi Car Rental is the worst car rental company I have encountered in my over ten years of renting cars, especially regarding the pick-up service.
