Pick-up Instructions

The EZU - Auckland Airport car rental location is located out of the airport

Please contact the staff to pick you up to EZU - Auckland Airport car rental when you arrived.

EZU Car Rental is not far from the airport and has free pick-up and drop-off services. After arriving at the airport, please call +64 22 678 9976 or +64 22 182 5752 for pick-up. The business hours of the us are 8:00-18:00. International terminal arrival: Please come out of Gate 5, follow the "Car Rental & All Shuttle" signage, and walk across the sidewalk all the way to the designated pick-up and drop-off area at the airport. Domestic terminal arrival: Please wait in the pick-up area outside Gate 8. (Outside the JetStar counter) After-hours services are provided by the third-party Heartland Hotel. Please be sure to contact the hotel’s customer service in advance and check in online on the hotel’s website. The staff will prepare the documents and vehicle for check-in at the hotel on the pick-up day. After arriving at the airport and picking up your luggage, please call 64 9 275 4540. Please inform the staff on the phone that you are a passenger of EZU Car Rental and the name of the driver. Please wait for the shuttle bus in the pick-up area according to the guidance. Please provide your driver's license at the front desk, and then you can pick up the car and set off. Drop-off Instructions

Please refuel your rental vehicle and drop it off to EZU at 67 Montgomerie Road, Mangere, Auckland 2022. Our friendly staff will check the vehicle and then drop you off at the front door of Auckland Airport. After-hours Service:（Services are provided by tripartite companies） If you have arranged this at pick-up, please fill the vehicle with fuel and return it to the Heartland Hotel, 14 Airpark Drive, Airport Oaks, Auckland 2022. The hotel run a shuttle on demand to the Airport Terminal. No extra fee would be charged.

I would advise against using EZU's services in the future. Their cars all have over 100,000 kilometers. I rented a Reiz but got a Camry with 150,000 kilometers. This model is not even seen in the domestic market anymore.
