Like: “Free” upgrade from a 4 door to 2 door which was nice in some ways. Dislike: Couldn’t fit all our bags in the trunk, and it was hard getting a large bag on the back sert of the 2 door car.
Professional and efficient rental service. Since the originally designated car had a small trunk, they thoughtfully upgraded us for free to a Volkswagen Beetle.
The car is a bit old with some scratches and maintenance is average.
