Rented a car for a day to go to the airport, and was charged $25 for insurance without being informed (deposit taken when picking up the car and directly charged when returning). Since this didn’t happen the last time I rented, I didn't notice. $25 a day is quite expensive for insurance! Be aware of this mistake. Contacted Zuzuche but got no resolution. The car's condition and convenience are still good.

Throughout the whole process, I did not see any insurance terms or contract details provided by them. The credit card signature was taken as agreement to their terms, and the fee was non-refundable. Consider this a lesson learned and a tuition fee for everyone. Let's be more vigilant in the future.
