We had to wait quite a while at pickup but that was due to 3 flights around the same time. When we reached the counter the colleague was very nice, knowledgeable and went through the process swiftly.

There was only one member of staff on duty and the booking process takes a while. With customers ahead of use and after a long haul flight another agent would have been welcomed. When it was our turn the agent was very pleasant and professsional.

No problems at all and the message sent to use during the hurricane was appreciated.
Car met expectations, the only downside was we waited nearly an hour at the desk to get the car and as you can imagine with an 8 year old and a long flight it was to long. Staff were lovely not there fault.
