不当に追加料金を請求されました。予約した車ではないと言われましたが、実際には駐車場に予約した車があり、最終的にはナビゲーション機能が使えないMG 3を渡されました。車も汚れていて、体験は最悪でした。さらに、元の予約車にアップグレードするために追加料金を支払うよう要求されました。

They forced me to pay 1000 dollars as a bond. And I ve told them it is a change in terms and conditions and they told me pay insurance 150 more or 1000 dollars bond or we can't give you car after I came there.
