We waited 30 minutes for the car rental company's shuttle bus. We arrived at the store at 11 PM. There was a long queue. The staff were slow and seemed unprepared.
The service wasn't particularly good or bad. However, the wait time was very long because there were a lot of people renting cars. Despite having over ten counters open, I still waited for about 45 minutes.
QEEQ booked the wrong car model for me, but Budget was kind enough to upgrade me for free.
