I wanted to change the car model on site, but due to language barriers, I wanted to cancel the previous order and pay again, but was told that it wasn't possible. Hertz is a big company with many locations and cars, and the cars are very new. The Los Angeles airport branch is very close to the airport, making pick-up and drop-off very convenient. Our flight was delayed by several hours, and we were worried they wouldn’t hold our reserved car. We arrived at 2 AM, and the staff was very accommodating, and we got the model we reserved. We rented a GMC YUKON XL because we had 4 adults and 2 kids. The car was new, in great condition, and very comfortable for the 5600+ kilometers we drove. The price was reasonable, just over 10,000 RMB for 17 days, and fuel cost was lower than expected, only 400 USD. We will use QEEQ again and will choose Hertz first.
